Configuring the Outlook 2007 mail client

  1.  In Microsoft Office Outlook 2007, select the Services tab, the Account Setup button
  2. In the opened window, click “Create”.
  3. In the opened window press the “Manually set up…” checkbox and click “Next”.
  4. In the next window, select “Internet E-mail” and click “Next”.
  5. In the opened form we fill in the fields:
  6. Your name (any convenient for you)
  7. Your email address created on the hosting (full)

  2. Password from him.

After filling out the form, click “Other settings”.

  1. Go to the “Outbound mail server” tab and select the checkboxes as shown in the picture below.
  2. In the “Advanced” tab we check the correctness of the port numbers:

Port 110 – for POP3-server;

Port 25 or 2525 (in case of blocking by the provider of port 25) – for SMTP-server.

  1. Click “OK” button automatically return to the “Change Account…” window and click the “Verify Account” button
  2. Successful completion of the test indicates that the program is properly configured and ready for operation.

Configuring the Outlook 2010 e-mail client

  1. open the “File – Add Account” section:

Check the “Manually configure parameters…” option and click “Next”:

Select the Internet E-mail option and click Next:

  1.  In the form that opens, select the account type “IMAP” and fill in the fields:

1) Your name (any name convenient for you)

2) Your e-mail address created on the hosting (in full)

3.4) The names of our POP3 and SMTP servers (mail.adm.tools)

5) E-mail address created on the hosting (in full)

6) Password from him.

After filling out the form, click “Other settings”.

  1. Go to the “Outgoing mail server” tab and check the option “SMTP-server requires authentication – Similar to the server for incoming mail”:
  2. Open the “Advanced” tab. Enter the port for IMAP 143, the port for SMTP 25 and the path to the root folder INBOX. (always with a dot at the end):

Click “OK” and then “Next” and “Done”. If the connection to the mail server cannot be established, go to the section “File – Account Setup – Change – Other settings – Advanced” and check the different combinations of ports:

SMTP 2525 + IMAP 143

SMTP 465 (use SSL encryption) + IMAP 143

SMTP 25 + IMAP 993 (use SSL encryption)

SMTP 2525 + IMAP 993 (use SSL encryption)

SMTP 465 (use SSL encryption) + IMAP 993 (use SSL encryption)

  1. After connecting to the mail server, send the message to any address. Then go to the “File – Account Setup – Edit – Other settings – Sent” section and select the “Sent” folder.

Configuring the Outlook 2013 email client

  1. Select the “File” tab:
  2.  Click the “Add account” button:
  3. Select the “Manual setup” option and click “Next”:
  4. Select the option “POP or IMAP protocol” and press “Next”:
  5. In the opened form select the account type “IMAP” and fill in the fields

Configuring the Outlook 2016 mail client

  1. Select the “File” tab:
  2. Click the “Add account” button:
  3. Enter the created mailbox and select the “Manually set up the account” option:
  4. Select “IMAP”:
  5. The account is added, click “Done”:
  6. Go to the “File” section, select “Setting up accounts”:
  7. Select the created account in the table and click “Edit”:
  8. Enter only the path to the root folder (with a dot at the end) and click “Next”:
