Install Recovery Toolbox for Outlook in Windows
Run Recovery Toolbox for Outlook
Select a PST file on the first page of the program
Click Next
Select Recovery mode
Click Next
View the contents of the PST file
Click Next
Select a folder to save the converted data
Click Next
Select “Save as PST file” mode
Click the “Save” button

How to recover Outlook data and emails

The Outlook Recovery Utility will help you to fix a lot of errors that occur in MS Outlook, for example:

The outlook.pst file is not a Personal Folder file.
Errors were found in outlook.pst file. Close Outlook and other applications that use e-mails and use Inbox repair tool (Scanpst.exe) to diagnose and fix errors in the file. For more information about Inbox repair tool see Help section.
Inbox Repair Tool does not recognize outlook.pst file. There is no information that can be recovered.
Unknown error prevents you from opening the file. Use ScanDisk to check the disk for errors and then try using the Inbox Repair utility again.
The Inbox Repair Tool (Scanpst.exe) has moved on and cannot perform the recovery.
The PST file recovered by the Inbox Repair Tool (Scanpst) is empty and does not contain the items you are looking for.
The Microsoft Office Outlook PST recovery utility is similar to the rescue wheel for lost mailboxes. Simply select the corrupted file on the first page of Recovery Toolbox for Outlook and click “Next”. After that, the program will read, analyze and display the data from the user file.

What version of the PST file will be available after recovery?
Recovery Toolbox for Outlook uses Microsoft Outlook to create new PST files. The version of the new PST file with the recovered data will be the same as the version installed on the Microsoft Outlook computer.

Recovery Toolbox for Outlook can recover corrupted PST files after incorrect use of ScanPST.exe. Recovery Toolbox for Outlook can restore and convert OST files if the fixes of ScanOST.exe program have not yielded positive results.


Windows 98/Me/2000/XP/Vista/7/8/10 or Windows Server 2003/2008/2012/2016 and above
Microsoft Outlook 98 or higher must be installed on the user’s computer during conversion (exception: Outlook from Office 365, Outlook for iOS, Outlook for MacOS).
